Where is your furniture designed and made?
Our furniture is designed and handcrafted in Morocco by our team of skilled artisans. Our pieces draw inspiration from traditional Moroccan design and techniques, while also incorporating modern elements for a unique and contemporary look.
How do you select your materials?
MSOTH DESIGN takes great care in selecting the materials for our products. We source the majority of our materials from local and sustainable sources, focusing on natural and eco-friendly products whenever possible.
Our artisans use a variety of materials such as wood, wool, each carefully chosen for its durability, longevity, and aesthetic appeal.
Each material is selected for its unique qualities and how it complements the overall design of the product. We also take into consideration the environmental impact of our materials and aim to use sustainable and recycled options whenever possible.

Yes, every Msoth Design piece is unique and handcrafted, meaning no two are exactly alike. Our artisans take great care in crafting each piece, using natural materials and time-honored techniques to create one-of-a-kind pieces that reflect the culture and style of Morocco.
Shipping and Delivery
how do you calculate your shipping and handling charges?
Art Antica calculates our shipping and handling charges based on the size and weight of the item as well as the shipment’s destination. These factors are used to determine the most accurate and cost-effective shipping method for each order. We also factor in additional fees such as customs duties or taxes that may be applicable at the destination country, and any special requirements or requests the customer may have, such as expedited shipping.
how is my order payment processed?
When you place an order with Msoth Design, your payment is processed securely and confidentially using our established merchant services. We accept various payment methods including credit and debit cards, PayPal, and major digital wallets. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and your order will start being processed.
What is your exchange policy?
Msoth Design's return policy is designed to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have [30] days to contact our customer service team at support@msothdesign.com to initiate the return process. We will arrange to pick up your item and refund you the full amount, minus a [10%] restocking fee, once the item is in our possession.

However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. In cases where there is a manufacturing defect or damage from transit, we will work with you to resolves the issue.
What should I do if I think my product is defective?
If you believe that your Msoth Design purchase is defective, please contact us immediately via email at support@msothdesign.com. Please make sure to include a photo and/or video of the defect so that we can better understand the problem. Based on the nature of the issue, we will work with you to either arrange for a repair or replacement of the item.
We recommend carefully inspecting the product upon receipt to ensure it meets your expectations.
